At least 43 Syrians killed in Lebanon explosion

At least 43 Syrian nationals were among those killed in a massive explosion in the port of Beirut on Tuesday.

Al-Mayadeen TV said on Saturday, quoting the Syrian embassy in Lebanon. Lebanon is home to 1.5 million Syrian refugees who fled the decade-long conflict.

The blast in the Lebanese capital killed at least 154 people and injured about 5000. More than 300,000 people were left homeless.

Rescue workers are searching for dozens who are still missing.
